International surveys show that real estate has a prominent role in people’s lives in Hungary. While in other countries it is common for a significant proportion of citizens to have no real estate of their own throughout their life, in Hungary, traditionally and typically, the main goal and the most valuable asset is their own house or flat. Decisions concerning real estate, whether selling, leasing, renting or donating it, have significant, usually long-term consequences, hence it is important that these transactions are based on contracts that both protect the parties involved and cover all important details.

Within this field we deal with drafting, reviewing and negotiating sale and purchase, lease, purchase option, beneficial ownership, collateral agreements and also deeds of gift, furthermore, we represent clients in procedures relating to the foregoing agreements before public authorities or government agencies.
