Wittner Márton Law Firm was founded in 2021 by Dr. Márton Wittner.

Dr. Márton Wittner received his law degree in 2006 in Pázmány Péter Catholic University, and has been practicing law since 2011 as a member of the Budapest Bar Association.

He gained ten years of legal experience as an independent legal advisor mostly to Hungarian and multinational companies operating in various fields and employing 15-150 people. Thus he has extensive experience in mapping, shaping and fine-tuning the internal processes, operations and organization of companies of similar size, in solving legal tasks, drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, and he is also highly skilled in quickly identifying and effectively supporting business needs.

His main area of expertise is labor law; primarily on the employer side, specializing in labor law-related regulations and contracts, advising on the establishment and termination of employment, and representing clients in employment proceedings, however, he has also successfully represented employees in employment proceedings on several occasions.

He is happy to represent individuals as well, giving one-off legal advice if required, drafting contracts of various subject-matter or resolving legal disputes.

He strongly believes that his work as a permanent legal advisor
to companies is effective when the actions he takes are largely invisible,
because legal issues are resolved reassuringly way before
they become tasks requiring multiple resources.
